I went in to purchase some updated riding gear (pants, jacket, gloves, and a new helmet) and was met with a knowledgeable, courteous, and just downright helpful group of folks. It was evident they don't just sell things, they understand the facts and features about them, and that in turn helps them skillfully guide you toward making the best choice in what you're looking for. Their prices are very competitive and if they don't have something in stock, they can get it for you in a timely fashion.
What really stands out for me is their focus on making things right and the customer happy. I had an issue with a gift card purchased elsewhere, and they went out of their way to correct the problem, even though they hadn't caused it. "I want all our Customers to love Cycle Gear"-Brant. Mission accomplished dude. You have a new customer for life. I know where I'll go when I need something from now on!"

Smyrna guys talk **** and cut up and act like they are interested in what u say and try to help without acting like it's a hassle. Hiram guys are dry with no sense of humor and they act like your an idiot. It's all good. I'm in Kennesaw so the hiram store is closer to me. But I think after today that was my last visit. From now on I'll go further to smyrna for better service"

"Visited 3 days in a row. First day, a man with long braids was rude to us. He was the only one there. 2nd day, really excellent help from Hannah and another gentleman working there. 3rd day, had to return our purchase. We were being helped by the rude guy from day 1. While standing at the counter being helped, an older man with glasses working there was extremely rude to us. He said, "What's going on here? You need to move." He didn't ask us if we were being helped or anything. We also witnessed him being rude to both customers and employees
We were also questioned about our return when we told them we didn't use it and we had our receipt from the day before. When we walked out I turned to my husband and said if we had bought more items from that place, I would have wanted to return them and never give them our business again. My husband said he was thinking the same thing. Too bad, because Hannah and the guy she was working with were excellent. My husband and I both think the older man was a manager or something. "
